Blade Quad Image scan does not work

Hi

I have a dbox2 with Blade Quad image. Everytime I try to scan for new channels, I lose all my channels.

Has anyone seen this problem or know how to fix this.

The only the way I can get the channels back is by uploading the original bouquet and services files.

I had the same issue with a different image. Setting my location solved the problemo.

I am in Manchester area, how can I find out my location code.

Just press the blue button and check if there is an option to set location mate, then choose the location closest to you

are you selecting "leave current" on the bouquet line in the service scan section??

I have got "leave current" set in my bouquet scan option.

I have set my location to Manchester 1 but there was also option for Manchester 2!

Not sure which is correct?

i had Wirral 1 and wirral 2 also. Just try 1 and scan and see if it works and your channels stay

I tried re-scanning with my location set but with no success!!!

I believe Xenafan is releasing blade quad fixes?
