Trouble flashing

Trying to flash a new image. Downloaded IFA v3.0, Don_V2 image. Using crossover and null modem cable, computer firewall and antivirus turned off. On powering on the dbox, flashing begins. After a few minutes I get the message, "sie koennen die dbox jetzt ausschalten", meaning "press enter to activate the console". When I press enter, the dialogue box disappears and nothing happens. The lcd does not change on the dbox. The dbox does not reboot. So I power it down and reboot, and it hangs up. Where am I going wrong?

Try an earlier version of IFA and also try to get an English version, so much easier.

If you need earlier version I can upload them to downloads section if you need it.

Once you power on the box, don't touch your PC until the flash has finished, no matter what message comes up. Who cares if there's a console window and you want to see what it's doing, don't touch it!
