Nokia DBOX2 Missing Channels

Hi Guys,
Am setting up a Dbox2 for a mate,now i have added the keys and new rom updates,strangely however i get Sky Sports,MTV etc but am not getting the Discovery channels or Cartoon Network plus a few others like setanta sports.
I have re-scanned but no joy at all.
He has a Sportster image....
Any help would be much appreciated.

did you set the location for the image. If i was you id either put on the new commando 10 image or one of the Andromedas they seem to work the best

When doing a channel scan set fast scan to off, it'll take about 20 mins. See if this finds the extra channels m8

Hi - How do I do a channel scan on a dbox2 with neutrino software, I can't find the menu that does this, I press the blue button and I've no services option as since the late november changes I can't get setanta or sky drama , comedy etc... however I'm getting sky sports 1 etc... sdhid movies too

Not been at home i think you get it by pressing menu then halfway down its there

Cheers mate - didn't help though, been trying all day to find the right menu on my mates dbox2, following your post I just pressed every other button I had not pressed and hey presto the right menu came up by pressing the "TV" button, my mate has a replacement remote and it could be to do with that. and grr, I've got a horrible cold/virus and this has been doing my head in but it's gone through the window .................
