Connecting with pc.

hi guys!
newbie here so dont expect any pro questions z
1.well i m also a victim of lost channels and after reading a couple of threads.
i think i shud try to transfer files from pc and i was trying to connect it through hyper terminal but where they says, keep holding up arrow and switch on the box and u will see some matrix thingy. yup im not able to see them. prob1
2.yes ofcourse i want to tell u the original problem that i m not able to see any entries in keylist.txt. its tottaly blank.
have tried force updates.

so plz help me

then leave it on s*y Sprt for a while until it clears, this can take upto 10mins. Just make sure your EMU is set to auto update (evocamd)

thanx mini but still there's alot more to know,
i m sure after installing that pc and dbox will b connected.
but cud u tell me about the blank keylist.txt . how to bring back entries/codes
and wots the latest image/software(i donno bout software vers but mine was blade trinity).

You dont have to change anything apart from this file>>>4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download nagrarom7.bin.
you can change image if you wish but not necessary.

you will need Filezilla or any ftp client. theres a guide on how to ftp on the forum just do a search.

yup mini i have checked the FTP guide.
and i have noticed that in that guide they didnt mentioned about the computer's ip address. now i know the ip address of my d box and i m trying to connect through filezilla but still having problems in connecting. so cud u tell me what i m doing wrong?

the pc ip has to be 1 less than that of the box.

pc 192.168.2.10

i m sorry mini but plz make it a lil bit simple..
i noted my box's ip address when it was connected to the tv.. it was 192.168.123.156
so cud you tell me where i can find my pc's ip address anddddddddd

press start on your pc, then goto connect to then click on show connections, a new box should open up with network connections.
then right click on the network card you are using.
goto properties and left click, now a new box has opened up.
highlight internet protocol (tcp/ip)
then click on properties, another box has opened.
in there it should have options (obtain IP automatically or use the following IP)
Click on use the following IP.
(now make a note of what is there before you change it)
So change the IP to 1 less of the box ( dbox 192.168.2.11 - PC 192.168.2.10)
