My dbox has a damaged ethernet port (it's too small to take a soldering iron to - I could only see it been done safely with a rework station) so I have to reflash with a null modem cable. The thing I can't do is to get the keys onto it like this, the image would need to contain them already. I'm hoping someone knows how to unpack and repack an image file (then I can drop the files in - least I think that would be possible), or could (if it doesn't break the rules) send me a working image via rapidshare.
I've tried to send the files through its busybox shell (after comple boot of the box) and its default shell (before complete boot), but it just doesn't seem doable.
