no channels on a scan, with a good image

I have a sagem dbox 1x which works fine, whilst trying to sort out my mates i copied my image and converted it to a 2x image, on turning the box on i get waiting for time. When i carry out a scan, which only last for a few seconds, it shows no transponders and says scanned successfully, but no channels, tried to set location. This is using a laky-sylas image. I have now tried a lincsat image which picks up transponders but no channels it carrys out a full scan with the frequency changing. It has only the rom 7 fix in keys folder . any ideas welcome.pulling my hair out, thanks

I dont know if this helps, I had the same problem untill I selected the correct area, then I changed it from quick scan and it worked for me.

yeah i tried that but i'm not getting any channels still i'd alredy tried everywhere local.cheers mate

Hi, I did scan for tv only
cable provider= all uk scanning
fast scan= off
sections scan= off and this worked but before that the scan was quick and nothing found!
