    Have I bought a Duffer

Dbox 2 scans finds no channels. I have tried recent sportser and commando images no joy on a full Network scan, virgin ex Ntl area. I have removed the splitter so straight cable connection still no joy finds 303 transponders found with commando scan. Is the box I have duffed or is there anything else I can do.

yes the right rate was being use 6887 as it was an Ntl area, did search on the other just to be on the safe side. As stated though it does find 303 transponder just no channels at all.

Nope not a single channel found, im guessing it's sort of working as does find 303 transponders searches them all but still no channels found.

Is the cable feed connection co-ax or screw-on F on your dbox?

Is your subbed box working OK, connected to the same feed?

using a f plug to coax convertor, std virgin cable box works ok, I have removed the splitter to see if that made a difference to limit signal dergradation but still no joy.

i have the same problem mate...and i think that the tuner has gone hence no channels found. I've tried different things and i think for me anyway....its definately the tuner.

Have you ever had it working??
