old image to get ireland service file

hi chaps i'm helping a guy out in ireland but hes having problems setting his location when he tries the nearest on to him he still dont recieve any channels not even fta
so i've been wondering wouldm it be possible to put an old image on his box and scan just so he could view fta channels then save the service file to upload an a new image
so any recomendations on an image which doesnt have set your location on
and does a bruteforce to get a service file
i'm really struggling lads please help

What image has he got on now m8, as a lot of the images still have the bruteforce on, jut tell him to turn off fast scan then do a scan.
