What files are you trying to copy to your box? If you give me a bit more info i can help you sort your problem out.

You may have used the wrong image 1x or 2x

didn't work for me, followed all the steps - all seemed good and thought that it would work, however when I restarted the box the same problem remained - i.e LCD screen Stuck on 5 blocks , showing the software version/data etc.....

tried twice, and various other methods using IFA...if there is anything else I can try let us know, otherwise I think thats it for old dear, she'll be spending christmas in a dark, damp skip........alone
you may be using the wrong image 1x or 2x it will hang like that if you have flashed a wrong image. Is your box a 1chip or 2 chip if you flash a 1chip with a 2x flash it will hang.

all went well until last bit

                      cp.l 120000 10020000 1F8000
                      Wait untill it says Done.
10 mins went by with just cursor flashing

Do I need to be in debug mode?

finally said done, but did not seem to work.

LCD lights up, with some code on front, but does not boot up and I cant try again now as it does not seem to switch on and off from button

                            Thanks it finally worked! ;-)

But now the box only shows free to air channels, Ive scanned a couple of times, but still the same.

What do I need to do?

                              Big thank you

                              Hi AfterMath,

Just had to send a big thank you for this post. I recently used the information and it brought life back to what I had thought was a messed up Dbox.

                              Thanks once again.
