I got a Dbox which worked for a short time, but somehow I lost all channels and have made it worse since by messing with things I no nothing about! I am a complete novice in this area. I am using Virgin Media in the Gloucester area of the UK and have installed Sportster Pro. When I select service scan in the menu, the scan says "transponder failed" and also it says I have cable provider as Kabel Deutschland . When I select reload channel lists is says "no channels found".
Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated as I am very much out of my depth!
