Lost Setanta channels

Guys
when i put the new bouquets and services xml on i still dont have setanta channels but get all sky channels. Can someone point me in the direction where i can get the frequency settings for my area so i can try and scan for more channels?

Do a rescan m8. Sly may have have moved frequency. I've had this on Liverpool .tv where the screen was blank. I did a rescan and got channel back m8

look in the bics channels after scan may be there.

on the blade image i have it wont let me scan for some reason
do you know where i can get the frequency code i need for glasgow area m8?

its ntl i am with. This number appears to be longer than the space available?
i am in Service scan -
Cable provide- all uk
Scan mode - one transponder
frequency - is this where i change the number?
modulation- not sure what this should be set at. various options
symbol rate- option to change this also
netid-option to change this also
section scan - on or off

I have tried everything and it wont scan for channels!

any help much appreciated!

Always come up transponder scan failed when i scan with one transponder
when i try complete scan it appears to be scanning but nothing happens

If you have any splitters in take them out. Make sure all connections are firm. Make sure you got the correct frequency loaded. If your in TW and you put NTL in, you wont pick anything up.

yes m8, they do appear to be in with the bics channels but the epg doesnt show for some of the channels!

Do you only have one cable coming from your main cable feed or are there any splitters on the feed. A silver box with one in feed and two outfeeds. If there are disconnect them and just have one cable going from your box inside your house where the cable starts to your dbox.
I'm running a different image from you. Why don't you download another image from the downloads section and try that.Some images don't like some boxes.Im using lakys silas which is excellent.

I've just re-flashed away from the 10c image, for some odd reason kept getting loads of stuttering / chirping. I actually thought I had resolved it yesterday however it was still happening, managed to flash and successfully get working the Enigma v4 Image, loving it atm. No stutter / chirping.
