Dbox Flash

Hi Guys i am atempting to flash my Dbox with a new image that i have downloaded now i do have a null modem cable however this does not fit on my laptop. I do have a crossover cable that i always use now can a flash be done with a cross over cable as i was going to atempt this will image flash assistant.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Your better of using flash fxp or another ftp client m8. Connect your xover cable to your box ftp the image to your tmp folder on the box .
