    Whats up doc

    Flashing dbox 2 nokia. Connected to box, open var file then key file. Highlight commando from pc, hit transfer, file transfers complete, reboot dbox, no bloody Joy!

    Should i delete old files and if so, how do you do this.

    Yours demented male with middle age blues!

      You need to ftp image to the temp folder of your dbox then update the image via the remote.

          Thanks for help, have tried flash via remote, think i have made an erroe. Message now on dbox screen Kernnel loading. How do i reboot box, do i have to reflash?

              If the box wont come on when you reboot it you will need to reflash it using IFA.Make sure you use the right image 1x or 2x depending on your box.

                      Just reading through this thread what is IFA ???

                      I know what FTP is and I can flash the Dbox, would you not just FTP a new image over the old and delate likr normal !!
