Dreambox wont boot

Hi All, i m having trouble with my DB 800HD PVR clone as it wont boot. Im new to all this but does the box need to have a new image flashed onto it? If so any sugestions of whats the best image to use

i have dream box DM 500-S and the validity for AL- Jazeera sport channel is expired can i re open again and how by steps with home DSL
