Help with DCC Newbie

Hi all you techco guys, i hope you can help me.
I have a DB500s and i am in the middle of setting it up and have came acroos the problem, well i think its a problem you may not and with your help i can maybe sort this out.
Problem is as follows.
I go right through through DCC until i get to CCcam.cfg and try to open to edit this by right clicking but the next screen will not open

if you click to open you cant edit you need to click edit to edit from the drop down as said right click the file
