pvr_epg channel not found HELP!

havnt got the pvr_epg channel so my box doesnt find any updates when on standby. Any ideas?
Not sure about location either as it doesnt give an A-Z, just random options like london-rochdale etc. Nothing stating Liverpool or merseyside.
