dbox2 ch order and pasword problem

hi and thanks for taking the time to read this i have two questions

1 how do you change the ch order on a dbox2 it used to be alphabetical and now its not

2 i have a dox2 thats gone a bit wonky and i was going to re flash it but none of the paswords i know get me in does anybody know a master pasword or a way of resetting the box to a default pasword

use dbox - service - bouquet editor

password - dbox / dbox2 for most imgs
commando for commando imgs

Easiest way to get the channels in alphabetical order is to create a favorite bouquet. Add every channel you want to favorite. All channels in Favorite will be in alphabetical order.
