How do the new guys find EMU's?

I was having a browse through the various (superb) tutorials and I noticed one essential item missing.

There doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to actually get hold of an EMU.

Most replies simply tell the user to 'backup their EMUS' but what does a new guy do? - He has no EMU backed up.

Tonight I pretended that I had no EMU and performed many forum searches and found that I couldn't find out how to get hold of an EMU unless I already had a working image with one pre-installed.

The images on that site - would they all be foreign ?

They are all german m8. Would need modifying to work in uk. It is possible though. I've used some from there in the past.
The site in AL's post has uk images on it.

Older sportsters and commandos Pre 8.0 should all have the cams.


Bit tricky for noobs to get teh cams from em tho.
