Help for a non techie

I have a Sagem D Box (2 I think) and guess what its not working. I haven't used the D Box for over a year. Now I want it to work it doesn't. I have a laptop and the machine thats it.
Can someone tell me what to do it detail. I know I need to download a flash update and send to my D Box. But from where and how do I load it?

Its just a case of trying an image to see, any of the latest images are good give them a try and see which suits your box and you.

@wert2009 click the link above in post 141 provided by arabeman14 and have a read all you need in there m8.

@Doublej same advice as above PT1's help file has all the info you need.

Blade Quad done this to help people with problem boxes

Done from the latest cvs some new features and old

Cable check
Lcd epg with 3 different displays
New scan features
Plus a lot more

Image set to just flash, set location, scan and go boots up on evocamd but anyone
with a problem running evo just wait until it clears then goto Quad Menu by pressing
the blue button then blue again and goto Keys Copy just copy keys across then Emu selection
and change to gbox should now run ok.

I have a bit of a problem with this image and I hope it is some thing silly. I have put this image on and set it all up including the K*y* BUT for some reason it wont roll I have left it on for well over a few hours still no clearing of channels. Have I missed some thing some where..?

No matter I have fixed it the emu's were missing so added them in all ok now.
Had to create a folder called EMU in the Var/Bin/EMU and copied the EMU's in to there. This has now fixed it and it is working great.

How do I add additional EMUs to the system?.
I was using Andromeda with GBOX MGCAMD NEWCAMD etc how can i get these on to Blade Quad

To add extra ENU's you need to create a folder called emu in the /var/bin then copy any extra emu's you want to use.

eg
/var/bin/emu/
camd2
evocamd
mgcamd

don't forget to change the file permissions for the cams chmod 755 or they wont decode!

hi Zenafan what needs to be enabled on the image to get neutrino tv working. i had streaming to my laptop working on my commando 6 image but up til no luck trying to get it to work with blade quad? is there anything i need to check both on the box and with neutrino tv?

have been running blade quad for months now with no issues so thank you for a brill image

I have a similar problem, it streams video since installing blade quad but no audio but I could never find anything I might have to enable to solve this. (as above Thankyou for this excellent image)

hi there ive been trying to download the ftr transfer file and commando but i can get the ftp file to open im using vista can anyone tell me what in doing wrong i bought a sagem 1x chip with sportster pro on it from getmany but it aint picKing up any chANNELS SAY FINDS LOTS OF TRANSPONDERS BUT NO CHANNELS

I have made my intro post stating I used to play with dbox`s a long while back!

but i just cant get this nokia up and running...

i`ve installed the Blade Image, Set my location, Done a channel scan (comes up with 200+) then left it on sky sports 1 for a while but nothing is working!

I get FTA but no pay channels?

Any ideas on what i`m doing wrong?

Also i`ve tried putting the keys in myself. Does this look right (i`m in Swindon BTW)

thanks for the info... sagem box working great with blade image and gbox after freezing birdy box running lakys-sylas image...
