I'm having trouble flashind a dbox 2 every time i go to flash without bootloader then select an image there's no image in the list ..... I've made sure it's in tmp folder and it's a img file ..
can you help meComment

are you moving the dbox to another room after uploading image file to /tmp folder and then attempting to flash it in the other room? if so then the image file will not be there in /tmp. the /tmp folder is not a static folder on the dbox, it is only 15meg of temporary allocated memory. anything placed in /tmp folder will be lost when power is pulled from the box.Comment

D-Box Dead what Now
hi there I am tring to up date my now freeview D-Box I have had them for quite a few years and are missing the benifits a lot (Motor GP is not the same on Beeb 2!) HD would be nice being not much cop at software side would it be worth my while to go for a starview HD or am i better of tring a Starview 6 any help would be much apreciatedComment
