Do you know how many entries there are in Set My Location? Roughly 250!!

Each one requiring a reboot, followed by a scan. I'm afraid your cunning master plan is badly flawed, m8!

Best bet is to look at a map and find the nearest half dozen locations you can to Salisbury that ARE in the list, then try those, starting with the nearest.
