Cant upload to Dbox?

Hi, I cant upload to my dbox for some reason, i can FTP into it and see and read files and folders but when I try to upload (i.e logo's) it fails.
I s there a reason for this like protection of the files or something? I have tried allsorts but wont let me transfer back????

sounds like img has gone read-only......save all the necessary files.....reflash the copy of the original img and reistall all necessary files

I installed the image twice and is the same "Lincsat" will it be already read only?
It's very strange at the moment though, if i install image and do scan I get all channels, but when I come to turn it back on later the channels are there but just a black screen!!
What's goin on????
Been fine until last week or so.
