lost channels

hi guys i hope someone can help, i have an issue picking up certain movie channels which i used to get, i have tried my dbox on a different feed but no joy could it be a signal problem i have tried quite a few different images but never get these channels back i'm using blade trinity v2

do u rescan with each new img or transfer service file?

Hi thanks, i just rescan because i was messing about with my new toy (the box) about two years ago and didnt back up anything and not knowing what i was doing lost everything

set ur location correctly?, had a peek at the service file to see if the channels r there?

u can do that on the box thru tuxbox commander if not hooked up to pc

what bit of the tuxbox do i need to go into to see those files? and i have done scans on both possible areas alway on a slow scan cos for some reason all the images i have ever tried wont let me do a fast scan

how many transponders do u normally find?

into tuxbox commander then var/tuxbox/config/zapit/ highlight service and press 3 to view

correct fast scan u should get around 30 transponders

376, thats a lot, i only get 303! suprised your not getting them! mine was because my signal was weak, purchased a KONIG CABLE BOOSTER of fleebay and worked a treat after some fiddling!

Well i had a play about with different images and have the service files i need but still cant get the channels, i'm sure its a signal issue now can anyone give me some pointers or info on where to look with regards to the ber,snr,sig and the bitrate so i can defo pinpoint thats what it is

hi all. i was just wondering if anybody could point me in the direction to download a full working image. my nokia dbox2 stopped working a few weeks ago and it wont even pick up the correct time at this stage. thanks.
