nokia dbox2 scanning but no channels found

im scanning , 303 transponders but after 25 minutes of complete scan no channels found. nothing, not even free to air. i have another box working fine from the same cable feed. i am using the same image , same files on the 2 boxes. what might this be?

if you have another dbox working with the chans on.take the boquetof that box and add to the box that isnt working with ftp it across

how do i save the bonquet to PC? And how do i ftp back to the box? What folder?

just drag the files to the other side and that will save them then hook the box up and put them in In the DBox window browse to /VAR/TUXBOX/CONFIG/ZAPIT/ and ftp across and overwrite

Have you checked to see there is a signal coming in to the box, press the red button then blue (the reading should be SNR 55000+). If its below then most likely faulty tuner

i have transfared a working image with all channels from the working box but still all channels are showing black screen. Can this be a tuner problem? If yes can i sort this by trying a booster from argos?

press red button then blue the snr needs to be above 55000 to receive a channal if its bellow that i would try a booster if pos before buyin one.tuner could be on its way out

SNR is 51000

just a guess but you could try to change the ucode to 00a1 if its on 0014 and change to evo cam but sounds like you need a booster

How do i connect this booster? Does it come with instructions? Do i need additional cables? Will make a trip to Argos in the morning if they have one
