    Dbox2 going into deep standby?

Hi just got a new nokia dbox2 and am just starting to get the workings of it. I have noticed something that when I put it on standby and turn the display off I wake up the next day to find its totally dead and cant switch back on unless i remove the plug and then put back in...is this in some sort of sleep mode? if so how do i wake it back up without having to remove the power?

    Cheers, Stu

By Deep Standby, I take it you mean zilch on the LCD screen, and just one green LED showing? If so- shouldn't need a power-cycle to start it; just press the Power button on the R/C to boot the box into life...

    What image is on it?

Press Blue then Yellow and see if there's a daily Shutdown Timer active- if so, delete it.

    Cheers- AL

When I try to power back up using the power button on remote, nothing happens, its commando 10c x2 image im using. Nothing i do wakes the box when the box goes into this sleep mode thats why i need to keep unplugging and plugging back in....dont know why, could it be a faulty PSU??

Could you power back on with remote when it was shutdown? or did u have to remove the power first?

          Cheers, Stu
