Signal Strength

Lost the Sultana Channels.

Did a rescan and found that Sultana1 channel was missing and Sultana2 was located in the "New Channels" bouquet. It had an epg but no picture.

Is it because my signal isnt strong enough when I do a scan?
Whats going on?

ive just checked my signal strengths and this is how they read ber 200000 snr 60000 sig 15000 or ber 200000 snr 60000 sig 0
