Trying to rescan

Hi guys hope you can help I have been trying to rescan my mates dbox after the recent freq change,but when it scans it only takes a nano second,& no change to the services. Its a sagem running andromeda in the falkirk area.I have tried the usual stuff like setting the location,fast scan off/on,upate chanel list etc & iam at a loss any help would be magic

It would help if you said which image is on the box as different images have different methods.

I have absolutely no idea,possibly andromeda? inthe falkirk area of scotland with verminmadia

I'm having the exact same problems running Blade Quad 4.0 on a Nokia Dbox2 in North Luton. When I rescan it takes all of one second and the channel list does not update.Anyone know what the NetID/Frequency may have changed to?
