my netid is 40973 symbol rate is6952 and freqency 1310000. i have got chanels. i have don a scan loads of time using cable provider uk sym6952 the channels do appear up but with no picture and a message saying chanel not availbe error and the premium chanells like sky1 and sky sports still work please help thanx
