    dbox wireless streaming

    Hi all,

Is there a way to stream from the DBOX to the PC wirelessly?

Sharing folder is only available via ethernet connection from DBOX to PC but what about wireless connection?

    Thanks you all in advance!

use a device like a Belkin gaming adapter (also known as a wireless bridge) to have the box connected to your router via wifi... I guess it can work in a peer to peer situation as well but easier to get yourself a netgear wifi router..

Belkin Components Belkin Wireless G Gaming Adapter Bridge - EN, Fast EN, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g

      wireless streaming

      HI

You could use a "home plug" which basically uses the earth wire of your house as a network- its 2 plugs that you use a short ethernet cable to connect to dbox then pc connects together over house earth wiring 80-100mbps

can also be used to connect to router if far from pc and no wireless connection

      approx ?50 fleabay

        hi
I use homeplug to connect to a dbox works great flash box upstaires with pc downstairs
from pc ethernet port connect to homeplug in electric socket downstaires
from homeplug in socket upstaires connect to dbox
note cables from homeplug to pc and dbox 1 to be straight though the other crossover
        also streamed and added files
homeplugs can be used with router using one or more of hard wire ports on router

        hope this may help
