Really Strange Problem

Hi all
Hope someone can help me out here.
I have a Dbox and when I go to update the Keys manually there is only 1 code in there var/keys/keylist.txt how do I get to put both the codes in that I need with the remote and what would the first set of numbers and letters for the code that is missing I dont need the keys as I have them already.
Hope this makes sense.
A walk through guide would be great if someone can help.

you should be able to edit the file using tuxcommander , which is in one of the settings or tools menus , i cant remember which , highlight the file and then choose the edit option (key 4 i think) , then save the file by exiting ,. YES to save changes ...

I would copy the file out using tuxcommander somewhere safe first in case

I have done that but like I said only got 1 set of keys and not sure how to put second lot in.
