What do you need the myservices file for?
You can use to add your own services if you cannot find some channels via a scan or you can add or hide bouquets
You need to edit your own services file and save it as a myservices file and then ftp that file to the box. Make sure you do not overwrite your original services file. Hope this helps

You need a working services file from your area, try the services thread you might find your own area. Or make a request there.
What Image are you using? You need to do a scan, also make sure you have a good signal coming through, check the signal settings by pressing red and blue on your dbox and reading the ber and snr settings.
It would also be easier to follow and helpful if you reply and keep to 1 thread and not start a new thread, hope this helps

That file is probably outdate now, best thing is to do a fresh scan, what image are you using?

Is this with the box connected to a direct feed from the wall no splitters if it is
on the non working channel press red then blue and post the ber,snr and sig readings
do the same on a working channel aswell.

in PT-1s helpfile it tells u how to manually create one.

OR use Bouquet Wizard to create 1 for you! load in your most recent services files then on each service you don't want for example, right click and select the ' - ' symbol to add it to the myservices file as a 'remove service' entry. Then, export it either straight to your box or to file u can upload yourself via FTP.

              handy little program
