DBOX2 PROBLEM

how can i get my dbox working all i get is free to air channels !!!

i dont have a router so i cant FTP files to the box

is there anyway to fix this using a null modem cable

im from bradford if that helps

You really need ftp capabilities if you want to do anything with a dbox2 or dreambox. Even if you buy a separate network card for your PC or get a USB-Ethernet adapter from ebay for ?3.

You don't use a router to FTP just connect your dbox directly to your pc using a crossover ethernet cable.
