sportster pro no channels

hi,i have just flashed sportster pro to my box which i was told is for the uk virg x2
the flash was successful but im getting no channels at all i tried a scan but nothing is happening
on my other box i have snapshot image and i can set my area and scan no problem
could somebody enlighten please on where im going wrong
