How do I get into a Digivox ?

I can get into a Dbox 2 but have not idea of how to get into a Digivox or where to start.

Any help appreciated

get into? well if flashed,its factory reset,then scan,then, menu/system info/press ok/type in 1004/turn emu to on/hit ok on set default k*y exit out let it update on sly sp 1. if not flashed you need the latest firmware and downloader 10. power off hit download then power on.

When I hit Download I get this message " Fail to update Flash! "

try changing ur com port is it xp or vista i had that problem with my laptop running vista it was fine on my tower running xp com 2 hope this helps

I changed the port and It starts to flash the box but then 10 seconds later It says failed

I have a Vista PC
