No channel 5 then box freezes

As above I seem to have lost channel 5 and then when I go to change back to another channel I can't change up/down anybody got ideas to why this is?

Cheers Paul. I watched a program lastnight on 5 then moved away then back again and it was away again.

Not too worried as they show some pi55 anyway

Try making sure your connections to the dbox are solid. This problem happens when you have bad connections the programmes freeze, believe me.

Yer I had these probs too and turned out one of my fittings was loose, worth checkin em just in case.

dbox freezing

my dbox keeps freezing and often loses its signal, can anyone help?
