d-box 2 channels dont work????the did till now

can anyone help me pls
i have heard that i need to update my keys but how do i do that?
my image is a pacino but i am not sure which one
if you can help pls do

Ok guys and gals...I know some of you are still having problems with the auto updating of your keys. You will need to be comfortable with ftp'ing files to your dreambox for this to work. Delete everything in your /keys folder. Extract the /keys folder from the rar. Copy the contents of this keys folder to your own keys

Follow the instructions in that post and you'll be fine.
