It doesn't work like that, any box manufacturer that activley and openly develops any form of encryption "fixes" wouldn't sell many boxes as they would either get shut down, or struggle for components to manufacture, also running the risk of losing the ETSI DVB licence. Cams/fixes like these have to be 3rd party!

You do know Dream Multimedia had problems a while back as NDS is well in with the ETSI? Also NDS put pressure on IBM to not supply Dream with components. Hence why cams/keys cannot even be discussed on the official forums of Tuxbox, Dream Multimedia or Coolstream (not the full reason though, there is far more to it!).

But hey, Mgcamd (3rd party) does connect fine to CCcam

If you are refering to the Coolstream HD1 as the Dbox3 Satellite, then as above posts, it is already available in UK online shops.

If you are asking about the "C" version, then should be available in a few months....

They're not going to sell any If Nagra 3 isn't hacked though.

It just seems ridiculous to me releasing a product that will be out of date whenever the UK gets Nagra 3 encryption Or Are you saying that it won't be out of date in a year ?

Using that logic, no manufacturer will ever sell a box again? The DVB set top box industry doesn't revolve around nag3 and/or the UK.

Show me any manufacturer that advertises a box guarenteed to hack nag3.

As I said, it doesn't work like that.

News to me, plus tuxbox are now doing support for tripple dragon so maybe the other way round?

It's "known" as the dbox3 because it is losley based on the work from tuxbox, some of the tuxbox guys are behind it but not all of them.

As far as living long, they do need to make sources public though and let peeps like seife help out.

I got one of the first ones here (thanks to pt-1), it runs Neutrino just like a Dbox2 but with HD (hdmi) and PVR esata support. Ftp in and it is just like a dbox2.

Only available with a satellite tuner for now, but cable version to follow soon.....

                        Hi,

Nagra3 not works with mgcamd 1.34c (Tv cabo and D+) connected to a cccam peer.

                        Anyone has it working?
