help no null modem

Beginner at this all I am reading some threads on the dbox2 flashing using a null modem cable and hyper terminal.
I don?t have one on my hp touch smart. I did buy a cable, null to usb type the null did not fit.
please be kind ,not to much stick.

You're correct but in crappy sd. And that subject is forbidden here.

With the right image its not that crappy, and with no hacks anymore I would say its a good cheap starter kit.
