Help With sagem dbox2 and commando 11

When i try flash my sagem dbox2 using IFA Its saying my dbox2 sagem does not support this image. But i was told it would it says at the bottom left dbox2: x1 i dont know what this means any help would be appreciated cheers.

are you trying to put a 1x image instead of a 2x image,does your sagem support 1x img

i tried both types of images when i try a 2x it says my dbox doesnt support that type of image. And when i try a 1x the flashing process freezes without anything happening for 25 mins so i just turn the dbox off.
