      Update Patches SP1 & SP2 for Commando 11:

C11-SP1 contains all the kit for FreddyFr0g's latest 'one filter fits all' sectionsd and sorts 99% of the Now ' Next EPG bugs we've all been experiencing.

Dev work and testing on this still goes on- but this version is streets ahead of the kit originally released in C11...

C11-SP2 contains a much smaller nhttpd file to gain a bit more memory space. The revised neutrino file has LraiZer's fix for the lazy LCD-EPG load/refresh bug- much more proactive now!

Full instructions included in both the 'foldered' rars in install.txt

Cheers- and thanks for your patience- AL

      ------------------------------------------------

ps (to moin)- You're looking at the new 'Background Image' format (whatever that is)? The real screen format directly above that gives you 4:3 PS - 4:3 LB - 16:9 - AutoDetect

For most modern tellies, AutoDetect is the best choice, trust me!
      -------------------------------------------

Sorry lads- start again pls. I used the wrong neutrino file in SP2, and then FreddyFroG came out with an even better sectionsd for SP1 last night...

the 'Background Image' format allows you to correctly scale the background display of eg. RADIO MODE, and some of the Players. in some images however, the default background images like radiomode.pal (1kb?) get removed.

I know who you're talking about, LraiZer, LOL!

It's not so much the radiomode.pal @ 768 bytes (ditto for shutdown.pal) that are the targets for the hatchet, but their associated .raw files @ 405kb each, m8! Excess baggage...

                Cheers- AL

                  Hi guys,
Managed to add C11-SP1 with no props. Am using vista so used putty to telnet. So that went well, even the FTP.

Problem comes in with C11-SP2......I get the following error on my FTP client ->

                  533 Could not create file
                  :bin/nhttpd

                  and the Telnet replies ->
                  /var # killall -9 nhttpd killall -9 start_neutrinokillall -9 neutrino
                  killall: nhttpdkillall: no process killed
                  killall: -9: no process killed
                  killall: start_neutrinokillall: no process killed
                  killall: -9: no process killed

even tried changing cd: from /var to just / or even /bin then running the Telnet commands, but to no avail.

So I come to you all for some help...So please help.!!!
