DB has been stuck on upgrade for 9 hours

MY DB has been stuck on upgrade for 9 hours. it saids Please do not switch off the receiver
Writing to flash. and bottom of screen is blank.

I have read your other thread and i take it DB means dreambox, maybe it would be better if you post in the correct section as this is the dbox forum m8
