Hi i recently had problems installing the lakys sylas image christmas oneI have now succesfully put this image onto my Dbox but now want to add real magic files the problem is i cant seem to connect my PC to my Dbox anymore has anyone any ideas.

Another thread?anyway I had a box with a crap ariel connection you could see it had been soldered,and was a bugger to connect to I had to be really quick,no really quick in fact it would load the temp image to box but half way through it would disconnect I did get the image on and files etc but the signal was pants,check the sig/ber you are getting on a channel.maybe your box as reset it's ip check and change also ip of pc to suit.good luck

brilliant everythin seems to be fine except I can only get FTA channels is there any guides on how to install the real magic files if thats wot I need to be honest I dont really know.I dont want anyone to break any rules but if they could just give me a nudge in that general direction that would be great. Cheers

Google ! "magic files". See 2 threads down. Nokia dbox help-got image but unsure you wiill learn a lot there post 34. When you get them just FTP to box the files to the right folders. M
