SkySports is laggy

For the last few 2 weeks now, i have not been able to watch SkySports 1, 2, 3. The screen is so jumpy and pixelated, so i have tried re-scanning for the channels and it's just the same, what would you suggest? I'm using a really old image to.

check your ber and snr readings by pressing red button then blue button and post here, it may a weak signal issue, any other channels doing similar?
