dream box?

hi my friend has just bought a dream box but he doesnt know anything about it does it work with virgin and sky does it have to be flashed any help most grateful cheers.cull

dreambox will get all you need through a live cable feed.
providing it's a cable box!!

the dreambox is a complex machine, if he has bought one and has no it knowledge it may be a bit much.. there is plenty of help in the Dreambox section..

If its a Dreambox with a C its for Cable
If its a Dreambox with a S its for Satellite

If he has bought the S version with the intention to open Sky Satellite its been a waste of money as Sky is not open..

If he has the C version for Virgin then this is currently open..

have a read around here if its for cable..
