Loading image via FTP then remote

Can someone tell me how to do this?? I have the image ready to go but am not sure where to put it on my Dbox, (like which directory)?

I used to flash using IFA but new computer has hyperthreading issues etc etc etc so I am just going to do it this way then flash it with the remote.

Location is usually var/tmp don't forget to select flash without bootloader!

Using the remote select:

Image upgrade / backup, (Service menu)
Flash one partition,
Flash without bootloader

This should bring up the "File-Selector" screen, where you should be able to see the image you uploaded to the tmp folder. Select this and confirm.
