Dbox splitter

I Have a vigrin point in another room I have a dbox on it and I tried putting a splitter on so I could get the net
in that room to but when I tried it seemed if I was on the net the dbox wont work is there anyway around this?


i have checked other feeds and they say it might be a duf splitter is this right i have tried 2 if this is a case of a bad splitter can anyone recomend one

remove splitter, connect dbox and note down the signal levels, remove dbox, connect the splitter back up.connect the dbox and modem to splitter and note down you signal levels and post here. You may need a booster if the levels are low with both modem and dbox on the same feed
