Yesterday's release on UkCvs was more of a dress rehearsal. We soon discovered that the LCD-EPG fix diff that we thought was in, wasn't!

Waiting for a new neutrino binary from Renny- then the 'real thing' can go out. Should be on here before midweek. Be patient- it's well worth waiting for!

To whet your appetites in the meantime- here's the readme...

will im looking forward to this release, ive been fairly happy with the last release and will install this asap.. really like the the vm organisations, makes a big difference for both me, the untechnicial wife and both my kids.. hope its a little more stable than current cos at 1 point i was gonna go back to andromedia also the channel scans are weird at mo, location fast scan seems to bring fewer sports channels but loads of kiddies 1s, but opposite on uk brute scan, still only finds 1 e$pn channel

when you say 'more stable' what d'ya mean. I,ve been using the previous commando img for awhile now with no probs, in fact it's been excellent, but recently picture has started 'stuttering'/'chirping' intermittently on certain channnels Never seen other posts referring to a similar problem, so suspected my box might be on it's way out. Hoping like you that the latest 'Team Commando' image will sort this!

i do get chirping on a few more channels now on c11 with the extra fix files. some arnt even watchable but they seem to be on channels i dont really watch so aint that bothered and taken into acount the xtra bits that we get like channel logos etc its still personnally a better choice. i dont mind playing with my box and tryin different images etc, but i must admit i know very little about ucodes and cams to get the image running better on my box, i just leave as standard. gonna have a look and see if i can find latest release and give it a wirl, will post back on my findings.

BOTH file are FTA and you will need to install magic files.

1st impressions are that if u still have 11.2 on UPDATE NOW, sooo much better so far, but have only been running for an hr or so. EPG is really fast, The set location works a treat for fast scan, but again fast scan = loads of kiddies channels brute force hasnt come up trumps with the other channels, maybe ill try and borrow them from a neighbour. if i get any chirping ill let u know shortly.

TC were intending on making an official post mid week, as they were waiting on positive initial feedback on ukcvs, but seeing as its out, then so be it, as long as both images contain no modifications what so ever. and the important readme file is intact and included
