Yep! Backup your present image to PC, and also certain other (cough!) files, plus your services and bouquets.

As soon as you have C11.3 running nicely, back that up too- then apply the new C11.3.07 Upgrade released here yesterday.

i don't change images very often, i put 11.3 on last week as i wanted to use the PC as a recorder and couldn't figure it out in the lakys-sylas image i had been using. 11.3 is brilliant, recording was easy to set up (once i'd figured out to change to u0014). great image, thanks a million.

one weird thing that has happened is the yweb interface has stopped responding. it was working on this image initialy.i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on but no luck. any idea's? is it probably a firewall issue on the PC rather than anything in the dbox?

My Nokia DBOX 2 stopped working and is using a Blade image but I am going to upgrade to this Commando image (hopefully) before getting it working again.

I'v never even connected a DBOX to my PC before so can anyone tell me what I do when the flashing asssistant finishes and if I need anything, where I might find it?

just remember to flash the correct image IE 1x or 2x use IFA and then fta the magic files over to the correct folders I used fillzilla... re-boot and away you go...its a great image you can find tut if you look on this site (downloads) take your time if you get stuck come back and tell us how far you have got and you will get all the help you need but best to have a go and learn that way...
