Check your cables as it sounds like a signal issue, if using a splitter (does virgin box work ok?) remove it and connect dbox to direct feed and rescan. Does it find transponders?
Sounds like u may have a poor tuner select any channel press red button and blue button and it will show your cable input if ber is high your tuner may be ~~~~ed Check all connections and last resort try a booster to improve signal
