no extra channels

You need to do a re-scan. That may solve your problem.

Assuming you are getting the fta channels bbc1 etc then you need the "magic" files from here:Tools
FTP them to the following folders on your Dbox(use flashfxp or similar program). The keys go in var/keys and the cams in var/bin/emu. The cams (Evocamd etc) must be chmod to 755 (right click on the transferred file(dbox side) and select attributes then change the value in the popup box (default is 644)to 755 click ok to save.
Then you will need to start the cam, if using commando 11 image press blue button on remote then select extras menu/softcam menu and restart evocamd. Exit menu and go to sky sports 1 and the channel should clear after a few minutes.
